About him

Adrian King Darius Riley

An author and a songwriter, writing under his own name and telling the truth in it.

Adrian D. Riley writes as Adrian King Darius Riley. His first book, Glory’s Son, is an inspirational work drawn from his own life rather than researched from anyone else’s. It holds situations he describes as miracles that can only be explained as God’s grace: three prison terms, a night he was shot and left for dead, and a time he had to kill. He tells all of it plainly, and he does not pretend to have anything figured out.

What he says he found instead is peace, a purpose, and a cup running over. That is the ground the book stands on, and it is the same ground the songs come from.

Ninjas on Wallstreet is his fiction debut, and it is nearly complete. A third book, Mississippi’s County, is being written now — a true account of the Mississippi County Jail. Alongside the writing he is a songwriter whose music is released and streaming on Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube.
